As a cornerstone of its 2015 rebranding effort to become Rubio’s Coastal Grill, the “Fresh Mex” chain partnered with us to redesign and develop its website. Our primary goals were to implement a manageable, responsive platform to boost conversions of online traffic to in-store visits and deepen relationships with guests. To that end, our concepts also had to align with a new marketing campaign and dozens of remodeled stores.
Built on Drupal for more effortless client-side management, the new Rubio’s.com leverages a mix of intuitive information architecture, contemporary design and mouthwatering custom photography to emphasize the restaurant’s sustainably sourced seafood, fresh ingredients and deep southern California roots.
Post launch, we’ve also been tapped to oversee the brand’s digital media, including pay-per-click (PPC), search engine optimization (SEO), paid social and analytics.
